Terms of Use

Last updated September 1, 2026

1. Informational service

StableBridge provides informational comparisons of third-party stablecoin liquidity routes. StableBridge is not an exchange, broker, custodian, payment provider, fiduciary, financial adviser, or counterparty to any transaction.

2. No transaction authority

StableBridge does not hold funds, connect exchange accounts, manage wallets or keys, place or accept orders, transfer assets, or complete payments. Any transaction occurs directly between you and the relevant third-party platform or merchant under their terms.

3. Eligibility and lawful use

You are responsible for confirming that your access and any contemplated transaction are lawful in your location, that you satisfy platform identity and eligibility requirements, and that your payment account details comply with applicable platform rules. Do not use StableBridge to evade sanctions, identity checks, access controls, geographic restrictions, or anti-money-laundering requirements.

4. Indicative data

Prices, limits, liquidity, merchant statistics, scores, and AI explanations may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. A score is a relative observable signal, not a certification of safety. Verify price, counterparty, payment instructions, fees, eligibility, and availability on the exchange before acting.

5. Third-party services

Third-party names and links identify independent services and do not imply endorsement or partnership. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you leave StableBridge. StableBridge may suspend a data source when authorization, reliability, or compliance cannot be confirmed.

6. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Never reuse an exchange password. We may restrict access needed to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to abuse.

7. No warranties and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that data or access will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, StableBridge is not responsible for trading losses, payment disputes, third-party conduct, missed opportunities, or decisions based on indicative information. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may change as the product and applicable requirements evolve. Material changes will be dated on this page. Questions may be sent to support@stablebridge.co.
