Data we process
When you create an account, we process your email address, a salted password hash, email-verification status, hashed session and action tokens, saved comparison strategies, followed merchants, and account timestamps. We also process technical request data such as IP address, request ID, route, response status, and timing for security and reliability. We do not request exchange credentials, wallet keys, seed phrases, payment account credentials, identity documents, or custody information.
Why we process it
We use this information to provide accounts and saved preferences, secure and operate the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations. Essential session cookies keep you signed in; StableBridge does not currently use advertising cookies.
AI explanations
When enabled, the explanation service receives deterministic quote and score context needed to explain a comparison. Account passwords, session tokens, email addresses, and request bodies are not included. AI output cannot alter rankings.
Retention and security
Sessions expire after 30 days and expired sessions are automatically removed. Expired action tokens are removed; used action tokens are retained briefly for operational diagnosis. Passwords and authentication tokens are not stored in plaintext. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by infrastructure, email-delivery, monitoring, and AI service providers acting to operate StableBridge. We do not sell personal information. Provider locations and contractual transfer safeguards must be finalized in the production vendor register before general public launch.
Your choices
You can delete saved strategies, unfollow merchants, and sign out in Account. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection may be sent to privacy@stablebridge.co. Applicable rights depend on your location and may require identity verification.
